Non-Warranty Service

for information on our Non-Warranty Service Packages

Note: All EdenPURE and SunTWIN 2009 Heaters have a 3 year warranty. 
All Heaters from 2008 and earlier as well as EdenPURE Air Purifiers have a 1 year warranty.
 



Service Conditions
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and return shipping cost of serviced units (excluding the Complete Revamp Option)
  • Affordable Heat, LLC will provide the shipping labels and return labels for all serviced units
  • All units will be serviced within 48-72 business hours (unless parts are on backorder, in such case you will be notified ASAP)
  • Note: All serviced units will be subjected to a $20.00 re-packaging fee if the unit is packaged in an inappropriate or worn out shipping box. 



Non-Warranty Service - 30 Day Option
 

$35.00 fee + $19.95 S&H (Due at time of phone call)
30 Day Warranty
Additional Charge for Price of Parts
Affordable Heat, LLC will have a technician receive the unit and diagnose any problems
A return phone call will be made to the customer to go over what parts are in need of being replaced
Customer will be quoted on the price of parts needed
Customer can agree to have unit fixed or can have unit sent back
Unit will be cleaned and shipped back to customer once service is complete

  


Non-Warranty Service - 90 Day Option
 

$90.00 + $19.95 S&H (Due at time of phone call)
90 Day Warranty
Affordable Heat, LLC will have a technician receive the unit and check for expired parts
All expired parts will be replaced at no extra charge
Unit will be cleaned and shipped back to customer once service is complete



Non-Warranty Service - Complete Revamp Option

 

$199.95 with FREE S&H (Due at time of phone call)

This option is only for customer who have the EP 1000XL or ST 1500 ELITE
Affordable Heat, LLC will have a technician replace all interior parts to the new upgraded GEN 3 interior parts
This will include:  New set of bulbs, New fan, New control board, New heat sensor, New thermostat sensor, New fan sensor, New transformer and a New filter
No exterior parts will be replaced
Unit will be cleaned and shipped back to customer once revamp service is complete
